The parking and transportation demand management program includes:


  • Bicycle parking for every unit.

  • A Modo car with memberships for every unit.

  • Transit is available on 15-minute headways on Feltham (1-minute walk from the site).

  • The provision of 54 unbundled parking stalls.

The building will provide several benefits to the neighbourhood, including:


  • New frontage and public realm improvements to upgrade Feltham, including sidewalk, boulevard and an upgraded bike lane.

  • A new pedestrian pathway will be added around the site to connect Feltham to Fairhurst.

  • A seating area and a community mini-library along the new pathway.

  • Artistic elements in and along the building and surface of the public pathway.

  • Tree retention and new trees.

  • A more attractive building to replace the current telecom switching building, which has no windows or attractive features.
